Cabin Crew Training Mockups

The AIRBUS A319/320/321/Neo Door Trainer + OWE ACF simulates door system operation in both normal and emergency conditions, including escape hatch opening. Simulated parameters include opening speed, power loads and angular movements, with all crew exercises activated from a touchscreen instructor station. Runway Services supplies, installs and commissions the device for airlines, academies and training centres.

Realistic door operation, not a simulation shell

The trainer is built around a genuine assembled A320 door, complete with its mechanisms and drives. Trainees feel the real opening speed, power loads and angular movement of the door — the physical feedback that separates competent crew from certificate holders.

Normal opening and closing of door 1L, arming and disarming, and full emergency operation with escape hatch opening are all covered.

Over Wing Exit for both A320 and A321 ACF

The device includes Over Wing Exit assemblies for A320 L and A321 ACF L configurations, each with all covers, frame and frame lining, emergency exit handle with cover, functional slide-armed light, functional manual inflation handle, window, functional exit sign and functional exit locator light.

Cabin environment and crew communication

A double attendant seat with handset and the Forward Attendant Panel sit beside the main door, and two rows of triple passenger seats complete the cabin environment. Attendant call, No Smoking and Fasten Seat Belt indications are all functional, allowing realistic pre-flight, in-flight and evacuation drills.

Instructor control — fixed or mobile

Exercises are activated from the instructor's touchscreen IOS panel. The DT Assistant Mobile system mirrors the full instructor interface on a smartphone or tablet, so the instructor can run and monitor the session from anywhere in the room rather than being tied to one station. An Apple iPad mini is included.

Failure and indication scenarios — including outboard fire simulation on door 1L — let instructors build progressive, repeatable competency checks.
